EATING AT CHAIN RESTAURANTS:

 

Vegan Options at Chain Restaurants - PETA

 

Mexican Restaurants (e.g. Chilango, Chipotle) - Examples Include Veggie Burrito (No Cheese, No Sour Cream)

 

GBK - Californian Burger (no cheese, no harissa mayo, swap brioche bun for sesame bun) Falafel Burger (no raita, no garlic mayo), Veggie Burger (no mayo), Dippy Hippy Burger (Only listed on gluten free menu)

 

Leon - Gobi Lunchbox (Cauliflower Curry), Quinoa Salad Box

 

Nando’s - Several options e.g. Veggie Pitta (no mayo)

 

Pizza Express - Pianta Pizza, Dough Balls (substitute butter for oil)

 

Pret A Manger - Several options e.g. Avocado and Chipotle Chickpeas Wrap, Super Greens and Reds Sandwich, Falafel Salad Mezze and more

 

Subway - Veggie Delite (avoid cheesy bread)

 

Wagamama - Several options for mains and sides - Ask for allergen menu and modification guide

 

Wasabi - Several options (allergens are clearly labelled) e.g. Mini Veg Set, Pumpkin Croquettes, Steamed Rice, Sweet Chilli Tofu, Tofu Jahang, Tofu Yakisoba, Veg Soumen, Veg Tanmen, Vegetarian Miso Soup

 

ORDERING TAKEAWAY FOOD:

 

Many Asian restaurants have a number of vegan options - just phone up and ask whether the vegetarian dishes you would like contain any dairy or egg and if they do whether it can be removed - many curry dishes e.g. Thai Green Curry are made with coconut milk, not dairy.
